Location: Fully Remote

Pay: $150 – $200 USD per month (based on completing 100 applications per working day)

What This Role Actually Is

I need someone to apply to jobs on my behalf. Your only goal is to submit 100 quality applications per day, Monday through Friday. That's it.

You are not managing my calendar. You are not doing general admin work. You are filling out online job applications quickly and accurately.

What You Will Do

· Search for relevant job postings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and company career pages.

· Read job descriptions quickly to confirm basic fit.

· Fill out and submit online applications (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).

· Track every application in a simple Google Sheet.

· Respond to messages within a reasonable time during US business hours.

What I'm Looking For

· Responsive. You reply to messages. You don't disappear.

· 4+ hours overlap with US time zones (EST or CST).

· Stable internet connection and a working laptop.

· Good at Googling. You know how to find information online.

· Basic data entry skills. You type accurately and pay attention to detail.

· Familiar with software terms. You know what "CRM," "SaaS," or "ATS" means, or can figure it out.

· Good with Google Sheets. You can update a tracker without breaking it.

· Clean work. No typos. No copy-paste errors. No missing fields.

Compensation & Schedule

· $150 – $200 USD per month, flat rate.

· You must complete 100 applications per working day (approx. 2,000 per month).

· Work whenever you want, as long as you hit the daily target.

· You will be paid based on output, not hours logged.
