The Vice President Revenue Cycle Management will oversee and direct expedient billing reducing outstanding account receivables as well as managing team members to accurately and timely collect funds. The primary responsibility will be to build scalable processes and procedures which will lead to increased efficiency and addition this role will develop innovative methods for measuring and increasing staff productivity quality and effectiveness. The Vice President Revenue Cycle Management will partner closely with the Chief Financial Officer as well as the Revenue Cycle Manager to create a data driven environment and implement new best practices.
This role is responsible for:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or Healthcare Administration required
Masters degree (MBA or MHA) highly preferred
While performing the duties of this job physical requirements such as bending reaching lifting pushing or pulling up to 30 pounds may be required. This role will require sitting most of the day as well as walking and standing periodically. This role may require close visual acuity on computer screens or monitors and the ability to analyze data and figures on a screen.
