Job Description

Troiano Waste Services, a leading provider of waste management solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for establishing new customer relationships and generating increased revenues within a designated territory. Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term business
• Meet or exceed sales call activity goals for new sales
• Assess customer needs and match them with the appropriate services and service levels
• Track new sales and prospect sales in a database provided by Troiano Waste Services
• Propose customer solutions that are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Prior sales experience is desirable
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating directly with customers and working with industry partners and alliances
• Valid driver's license
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills, with a diligent and detail-oriented approach

Compensation

Salary + Commission - Compensation will be commensurate with experience and value offered.
