Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent. The IT Recruiter will work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit top IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information and track progress
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and ensure a high level of satisfaction with the recruitment process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top IT talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
