As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to the HR team by assisting with administrative tasks, recruitment processes, and employee engagement activities. Your contributions will help us foster a positive and efficient workplace culture.

Requirements

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks, including filing and record-keeping.
• Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, posting job openings, and maintaining candidate databases.
• Help coordinate onboarding activities for new employees and ensure a smooth transition.
• Respond to general HR general inquiries from employees regarding benefits, payroll, policies and procedures.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement events and initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• This is a Full-time role onsite in Newport Beach, CA.

Pay range $20-25/ hour.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Has 1 year HR related experience or internship experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Enthusiasm for learning about HR and commitment to supporting team members.
