We are seeking an experienced and organized Family Law Paralegal to join our domestic relations group. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with empathy and professionalism, and has a strong command of Colorado family law procedure. This is a full-time, in-office position.

As a Paralegal, you will:

  • Assist attorneys with all phases of domestic relations cases, including divorce, legal separation, allocation of parental responsibilities, child support, spousal maintenance, property division, and post-decree matters
  • Draft pleadings, motions, orders, and correspondence for attorney review
  • Prepare and organize financial disclosures, sworn financial statements, and supporting documentation
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and expert witnesses
  • Manage case files, deadlines, and calendaring
  • Assist in preparing for hearings, mediations, and trials, including organizing exhibits and witness materials
  • File documents with the courts through the Colorado e-filing system

What We are Looking for:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of paralegal experience in family law required
  • Paralegal certificate or degree from an ABA-approved program preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Proficiency with the Colorado courts e-filing system
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • High degree of discretion and sensitivity when working with clients in difficult personal circumstances
