Effective July 1, 2025in accordance with the applicable Memorandum of Understanding, the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) was implemented in response to the status of the State budget. PLP 2025 requires each full-time employee in Bargaining Unit 1 , and related Excluded, Exempt and Statutory Exempt employees, will have their base salary reduced by 3 percent and will receive 5PLP 2025 leave credits monthly through July, 2027 . Salaries do not reflect the recent changes. Part-time employees are subject to the same conditions as full-time employees, on a prorated basis equivalent to their time-base. Permanent intermittent employees are subject to the same condition as full-time employees, based on the number of hours worked in the pay period.
Analyst I
Under the Supervision of the Supervisor II, the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Counselor, Analyst I, is responsible for performing a wide variety of the less complex analytical duties supporting the CCHCS EEO, Limited Examination and Appointment Program (LEAP) – Job Examination Program (JEP), and the Bilingual Language Services. The Analyst I will independently perform a variety of tasks including data management, research, data analysis, and data visualization for Service that fosters and supports CCHCS policies and procedures. The Analyst I is expected to seek and incorporate user feedback and develop and update their records and reports in an iterative and agile manner using version control and statistical data for JEP and Bilingual tracking. The Analyst I assists as a Change Agent for change management initiatives, conducts program evaluations, and engages in research, design and the delivery of programming, training and or procedural solutions to personnel problems of varying complexity and severity using industry best practices. The incumbent serves as CCHCS’ EEO liaison, responsible for analyzing and processing EEO, Sexual Harassment (SH), and discrimination complaints. Identifies, research, updates policies and procedures, and provides assistance to employees related to these areas. Statewide travel may be required.
