Dock Worker | Hockley, TX

Responsibilities
• Perform daily dock and warehouse operations efficiently and safely
• Take initiative in completing assigned tasks and supporting team objectives
• Accurately enter and track data using Excel, SAP, and other logistics systems
• Assist with receiving, staging, loading, and shipping freight
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
• Lift, move, push, and pull 50 lbs or more throughout the shift
• Adhere to all safety, security, confidentiality, and SOP requirements within the data center
Qualifications
• Prior dock, warehouse, material handling, or logistics experience
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume data center environment
• Proficient with computers and WMS systems
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to following all SOPs, safety protocols, confidentiality rules, and data center security requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks on the data center floor
• Reliable transportation to Hockley, TX
• HS Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must pass a federal compliant drug screening & national background check (no felonies ever; no misdemeanors in the last 7 years)
Pay
$21.00 per hour
Schedule
Full time | Day shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
*Must be willing and available to work overtime as needed
