Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee the management of 6-8 key roles at our facility. The COO will drive daily operations, optimize production efficiency, and implement strategic goals.. This role encompasses overseeing roles within the farming/agriculture industry such as, logistics and supply chain functions, operation management, ensuring safety compliance, managing capital budgets, and fostering a high-performance culture. The COO will report directly to the owner.

Pay: $100,000 - $150000 + Bonus Structure
