Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Metadata Management, Data Governance, Data Lineage, and Enterprise Data Management . The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to support enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements.
Collaborate with business users, SMEs, and technical teams to define metadata standards and business glossaries.
Support data lineage, data cataloging, and metadata enrichment initiatives.
Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
Develop documentation, process flows, and governance artifacts.
Support data governance and compliance initiatives across the organization.
Partner with analytics and reporting teams to improve data accessibility and usability.
Required Skills:
8+ years of Business Analysis or Data Analysis experience.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Experience with Data Governance, Data Lineage, and Metadata Management.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Preferred Skills:
Data Catalog tools (Collibra, Alation, etc.).
Snowflake experience.
Healthcare or regulated industry experience.
Exposure to AI/GenAI initiatives.
